Every D&P Creative Studio piece is made personally for you. Use the steps below so we can match your ideas, photos, and wording to the right order.
Ordering an item already in the shop
- Choose your item and complete checkout. Shop all custom products.
- Email your details to orders@shopdpcreative.com. Use the subject line Custom Order – Order # – Your Name.
- Review your proof. We normally send a digital proof within 2–3 business days after receiving your order and all required details.
- Approve production. Production normally takes 3–5 business days after proof approval. Shipping normally takes another 3–5 business days.
What to include in your email
- Your full name and Shopify order number
- The exact name, wording, or spelling to use
- Your preferred theme, colors, and any special details
- For Signature Name artwork: 6–8 clear, high-quality photos and which photo should be featured
- For tumblers, coasters, or other items: the photos, logo, wording, and design references you want included
- Any date you are hoping to receive the order; dates are requests and are not guaranteed
Please do not email passwords, payment details, government IDs, or other sensitive information.
Need something not listed?
Email orders@shopdpcreative.com with your idea, quantity, preferred size, colors, and needed-by date. We will confirm availability and provide next steps before you pay.
Proof approval
Check names, spelling, photos, colors, and placement carefully. Production begins after approval. Requests made after approval may require additional time or a replacement order.
